very reliable

I haven’t had an issue with Katapult, it’s been a really reliable app that starts you off with a good amount of credit to purchase things. They’ve made it very simple for me and I will keep using Katapult for sure 👍

The whole process was easy and the terms are understandable. I was happy that when everyone else said no, katapult said yes. I needed a phone desperately. I only gave a 4 star review because Im just starting with them. after a few months I will update and give the 5.

As a widow & older person it makes me glad to know about companies like Katapult great customer service allows you own the things we really not affordable wonderful payment plans and still allows you to live, without breaking the bank. I told my senior friends about this awesome company

Unbelievable!!! What are waiting on

I applied Got approved picked my tires ordered them and watched them get delivered exactly when they were supposed to be delivered. Awesome team work!!!

I had issues trying to use my Katapult

I had issues trying to use my Katapult. I was approved for $750 and found a wheelchair on Walmart.com but each time it wouldn't allow me to complete the purchase. I found one elsewhere. My confusion I guess is why does Katapult say it is compatible through the entire process on Walmart.com but when it gets to the end of checking out, there is an error message....every time.

Katapult Apps do not work for most vendors

Katapult doesn't work. There are multiple other vendors that are available, but you have to use the mobile app, or they want you to use a special browser plug-in. However, the plug-in does not work or the app. When trying to use the app, and you select the Katapult action to check out (in the Katapult app), then nothing happens. This is the case for Best Buy, Amazon, OWC, etc. No option works. Tried multiple times on multiple vendors for past couple weeks. Check the reviews for their browser plug-ins. Try checking out in the app.

Best experience!!

I went on the app and applied. The steps were easy to follow. Was approved in seconds. I then a few days later went into a local Appliance Center for a new washer. Showed them my approval. Told them my price
range for payment. Picked out my washer, the sales man(Cole) walked over to customer service where Morgan helped fill out all the necessary paperwork. It took about 15 minutes total and I was done. Very nice people and super smooth processes!!!

I haven't received my purchase…

I haven't received my purchase yet,fault on my part didn't give all information to fulfill the order. But the service was great,everything was done in a timely manner and purchase friendly. My experience so far has been stellar.

Easy

Easy, legit, and to the point. I'm a recovering addict and I'm working on my credit. Have a great job with great income just unfortunately did some dumb things in my 20s, so it was cool you all approved me for my loan on the wheels I wanted for my acura. I'd recommend this to anyone, anyone accountable that is.

Katapult went above and beyond to help…

Katapult went above and beyond to help me out. They approved me for a decent amount when none of the other finance company's that work with Wayfair would. I definitely recommend them. They do require a down payment which depends on how much you order an a monthly or biweekly charge. You can also payoff what you owe early.

Impossible to get lease canceled

Impossible to get lease canceled. Even though retailer said order never went thru in first place. Still took deposit than started takeing payments. Only reason i found out order never processed was i had ordered wrong product and went to change it. Makes me wonder if i pay off in 90 days will it even be recorded.

Payments

Hello, I'm writing because I don't think you should require payments until the customer gets the product. I have 4-6 weeks yet before it comes in. What if.....I don't like it or it's the wrong item, all kind of things could happen. It would be nice if you could stop the payments until I have received the order.

Katapult its self was amazing

Katapult its self was amazing, however lenovo is not. They still have yet to ship my product, so I don't recommend using them. However Katapult is great!
