Sarah is the Controller with Katapult. She has been with the organization for almost four years and recently just completed a large project.

What is your proudest moment while working at Katapult?

Achieving the Controller position. It has been four years since I started working here and it was a goal I wanted to accomplish, and I did it! I could not have done it without the support of my team. 

What is your favorite part about working at Katapult?

The people. I really like working with my team, and I enjoy working cross-functionality. The camaraderie and the collaboration is real and it’s great to see on a daily basis.

What are three (3) words that you could use to describe Katapult?

Innovative, Unique, Collaborative

What was Katapult like when you started, and how much has it changed since then?

It will be 4 years in September since I started, and it’s a completely different company where we were and where we are now. I’ve seen our successes build over time and excited to see more. 

Before Katapult, what was your most unusual or interesting job?

In High School and College and worked at Quiznos (and this is when Quiznos was a big thing) and we had an assembly line and I was the order taker and bread selector. It was fun to try and understand all the orders. 

If you could switch roles with anyone in the company for a day, who would it be and why?

Anyone that has a better computer than me for the Monday Submission Process
